At FoldFresh, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring every order arrives in excellent condition.

Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity standards, opened or used FoldFresh packages are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened packages
- Used products
- Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fold-fresh.com.

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.
