Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
By purchasing a subscription product from FoldFresh, you agree to the following cancellation terms:
Subscription Agreement When you subscribe to a FoldFresh product, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout (e.g., weekly, monthly). Your subscription will continue until you cancel.
How to Cancel You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account and managing your subscription, or by contacting us at sales@fold-fresh.com. Cancellations must be made before your next scheduled order date to avoid being charged for that cycle.
Cancellation Timing If you cancel after a billing cycle has already been processed, you will receive the shipment for that cycle but will not be charged for future cycles. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
Pausing Your Subscription You may pause your subscription instead of cancelling. Paused subscriptions will not generate new orders until resumed.
Modifications We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or terms with advance notice. Continued use of your subscription after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
