Shipping Policy We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.
Returns & Refunds We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@fold-fresh.com. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Results may vary and we reserve the right to assess returns on a case-by-case basis. FoldFresh is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
FoldFresh freshness sheets are designed to support odor reduction between washes. Results may vary depending on usage conditions.
